Not as cold…
Posted by Jake on 5 February, 2009
This morning we did not get as cold as was forcasted yesterday. We were suppose to get down to 20 degrees, but in reality we only hit 26 degrees with no frost because the wind remained blowing throughout the night and morning. I believe the wind is what kept us from going below the 25 degree mark lastnight and this morning.
Tonight we are suppose to hit 15-20 degrees, now that is cold! Our CBS forcast has us getting down to 20 degrees they can normally be trusted when it comes to our weather. Frost is sure to be heavey with the wind expected to die down by tonight.
After this cold we are expected to warm up to th 70’s. There is no winning the cold comes then goes really fast and then it just gets hot. Here is our forcast for the next view days:
Stay warm if your cold and protect your plants,

I am just north of New Orleans, and last night we were supposed to get down to 22 degrees. Thank goodness it only got down to 30 degrees and only below freezing for four hours instead of the six to eight that was forecasted. Maybe you will have the same luck and not be as cold as predicted tonight.
